Hi, I am a Certified Gourmet Chef by Living Light Culinary Art School. I have been in buisness for 2 years now, but my interests in raw food and nutrition have been developing since I was 30. I am really passionate on teaching people how to prepare tasty, appealing raw dishes that can satisfy the most sofisticated palate. I was born in Russia but moved to US about 26 years ago.
